What people are saying…

We think the QMSA service is great and we hope our customers do too, it’s no good us just saying that though, here are some of the latest feedback from industry, independent customer surveys via FEEFO and independent govt. review from Skyblue…

December 2013: Delivery of Grafton GB ECO Model

Steven Green, Delivery Manager for Grafton Merchanting GB, left us the following feedback following QMSA’s support to train teams and implement a complete ECO delivery solution on their behalf, thanks Steve:

“QMSA were great to work with nothing was too much for them, with ready access to technical support and advice and their experts on site to support our teams the project ran smoothly and we hit our targets for delivery within 3 months which is no mean feat. Without the support and understanding of QMSA we would never have reached this point, their expertise and knowledge in these areas is invaluable and the industry understanding they bring, being able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels from PLC to Sole Trader, is a credit to their business. “

November 2013: Delivery of Gas Support Network for EU Skills – Independent Govt. review.

QMSA Ltd had an independent review carried out by Sky Blue on behalf of EU Skills to assess the delivery of their Gas Installation Network and more specifically the GDER Training that won EU Skills & QMSA Ltd an Award at the recent Energy Efficiency and Renewable Awards.

The 63 page report covers all of the various networks that are being funded by UKCES, to a tune of £2.48m, delivery partner QMSA Ltd stood out and the following comments were raised:-

  • ‘It is possible to say that the engagement effectiveness has varied and we recognise the gas installers’ network – delivered by QMSA – as demonstrating good practice for drawing SMEs (including many sole traders) into the network around a clear business growth hook.’
  • ‘However, the QMSA gas installer network, which is the most advanced, is asking businesses to sign up to a quality standard approach which does, based on qualitative feedback, representing a change in behaviour for many of the members.’
  • ‘The hook to engage with the GDER network is training to tackle knowledge gaps around PAS 2030, and equipping business with new skills in the use of quality management software programme.’
  • “He was exceptional. (Andy Flook)], the session was clearly structured, and Andy Flook did a great job presenting, fielding questions and holding our attention. The network was frequently referred to, with the benefits to being a member coming out more clearly as the day went on.’

We are so pleased that an independent report has found our delivery model to be so effective and well run, this comes just a couple of weeks after our award at the Energy Efficiency & Renewable’s awards and further demonstrates the effectiveness and professionalism of our team and the way we do business
